What are we looking for?
Are you enthusiastic about cloud migrations and breaking monoliths to microservices or even all the way up to serverless? Then you might just be what we are looking for!
We are looking for several people with extensive cloud experience to join our clients’ teams that are operating in different domains and with different cloud environments.
You should already have multiple years of experience developing and scaling cloud infrastructure across large projects. You are comfortable with Azure, AWS, or GCP designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions while being able to lead and mentor a team of software professionals if needed.
Your tech stack could look something like this: Scripting, Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible), On-Prem and public clouds (Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure), (No)SQL, CI/CD systems, Serverless, a couple of programming languages).
Your key responsibilities could look something like listed below:
- Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based applications
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, goals, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative cloud solutions
- Drive automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and best practices in cloud development
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Hands-on expertise in cloud-native services (e.g., Kubernetes, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices and automation tools
- Ability to take responsibility and lead teams and large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are willing to work in a hybrid set up, partially working at the client premises
Nice to Have:
- Experience with designing and implementing high-availability, fault-tolerant cloud architectures
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Finnish language skills (Most of our clients are looking for Finnish speakers and therefore it is considered a significant advantage)
