Lead Developer – Full Stack

Your tech stack could look something like this: JavaScript and relevant libraries, 2-3 server side programming languages and relevant Cloud experience
As a Lead Developer, you’ll oversee technical aspects, ensure smooth client relations, and guide your team to success. You’ll tackle tasks like:
- Acting as the go-to technical contact for clients
- Collaborating across tech and business teams
- Implementing technical solutions
- Improving workflows
- Encouraging agile practices within your team
To succeed, you’ll need:
- Multiple years of experience in full-stack development
- Multiple years of experience in consulting
- Team lead experience
- Agile project management expertise
- Strong communication in both Finnish and English
- Willingness to work in a hybrid set up

The fairest compensation – All our consultants are generously paid based on the revenue they bring in. The salary basis is the same for everyone. No salary discussions, equally fair treatment. Gross salary is 50.7% of invoicing which usually means around 6900-8100€ / month. Minimum salary is 3000€.
Top projects to choose from – Our consultants can freely choose their projects from customers big and small, domestic and international. In addition to our own sales, we collaborate with Finland’s top software consultancies to find the most interesting projects for our consultants.
