Mavericks sets focus on Tampere
Three months ago we decided to concretely expand to Turku. Encouraged by our reception and success there – 11 consultants in that region already! – we’re boldly betting on establishing in Tampere as well. In concrete terms it means that we’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition person to focus on the Tampere region, both attracting new talent and keeping existing ones happy.
Another concrete thing will be setting up an office in Tampere. Our culture is not that much built on working together from the office, but nevertheless it acts as an important social headquarters and as the main base of activities.
Tampere has Finland’s second biggest concentration of IT professionals and we’re looking to grow to be a well known, attractive option for the local talent!
